Your data is safe with us
This church platform implements the data-protection rules from PRD §31 + Software Architecture §18.6. Below is what those protections actually mean in plain English.
Our principles
- Your prayer requests, counseling notes, and Examen reflections are Class D encrypted by default — even church admins cannot read the plaintext.
- Donation amounts are visible only to Finance and the pastor — never published.
- A child's photo only appears on public pages after explicit per-parent opt-in.
- You can request a data export or account deletion at any time — executed after pastor approval.
- We never sell your data to third parties and we do not run tracking ads.
Your rights
🗑 Request account deletion
Sign in and submit · pastor reviews · "Full redaction" wipes your name, phone, and email; financial and audit records are retained for 7 years as required by law.
🔗 Audit chain
Every write, edit, and delete is recorded in a hash-chained audit log. The pastor reviews quarterly.
