Our team

Pastor Junje Roger Ro is the Senior and Founding Pastor of Arcadia Living Stone Baptist Church (ALSBC). After 36 years of faithful lay leadership across three congregations — Chinese Baptist Church of West Los Angeles and Arcadia Chinese Baptist Church — he left a successful career in engineering and technology (including founding and growing Innovyze, later acquired by Autodesk) to enter full-time ministry. He is currently pursuing his Master of Divinity with Education Leadership at Gateway Seminary, building on his Master of Theological Studies. Over the years, Pastor Ro has served in nearly every facet of church life: discipleship, youth and children’s ministry, spiritual parenting, hospitality, missions, and church governance. He is passionate about equipping believers, nurturing the next generation, and strengthening the Chinese-diaspora church community for the work of the Great Commission.
